Taiwan Black Tea No.18 is pronounced Hong Yu in Chinese. The translation in English means Red Jade. This new Black Tea is researched and breed by the Tea Research and Extension Station in Nantou County, Taiwan. The tea is developed to be a Taiwan grown black tea comparable to the fame of Assam Black Tea of India. The brew color of this tea turns red and carrying some golden tint. The leaves of this tea have the color of black and produces a glossy feel.
