This white tea, White Peony, is grown in the Fujian Province of China and is traditionally known as Bai Mu Dan in China. It is one of the least processed of all teas — just down-covered buds and young leaves. The resulting white tea is very voluminous; you may need two full teaspoons for a serving. The infused leaves have an aroma of sorrels and a pleasing flavor.
